About The Master Resource
The Master Resource (TMR) is dedicated to helping nonprofits fulfill their life-changing missions by providing high-touch, personalized growth, development, and capacity building services. The mission of TMR is to partner with organizations to transform potential into performance by equipping them with the strategies, opportunities, and clarity needed to scale their impact, ensuring invested resources create measurable, sustainable change in communities. By offering tailored services, TMR helps organizations problem solve, learn, innovate, and scale effectively. Since its inception in 2020, TMR has secured over $4 million in funding. This infusion of capital has helped bridge the gap between organizations and the funding they need to hire staff, expand programming, and help build stronger, more resilient communities.
TMR has provided coaching and grant review services for community partners, including The Miami Foundation, Radical Partners, United Way Miami, United Way of Greater Atlanta, and various federal departments.

Chief Executive Officer
Eboni N. Moss
For the past 20 years, my professional and volunteer careers have helped businesses and nonprofits move from survival mode to sustainable growth. I’ve supported organizations in clarifying their goals, streamlining their operations, and securing millions in funding. I noticed that too many leaders, especially those from historically underfunded communities, were overextended, under-resourced, and left trying to do it all alone. I launched The Master Resource to fill that gap and to provide the kind of support that transforms organizations from the inside out.
With a background that blends strategy, accounting, and operations, I bring both financial precision and visionary thinking to my work. I specialize in ideation, capacity building, and strategic and financial planning. My clients know me for being able to zoom out and see the big picture, while also digging into the numbers, details, and systems that make growth possible. This dual perspective allows me to design solutions that are both ambitious and practical, helping organizations scale their impact with confidence.
I’m an advocate for personal and professional development to help serve my clients, which led to my selection and participation in Leadership Miami, the American Institute of CPAs Leadership Academy, and the Florida Institute of CPAs Emerging Leaders. I have held national roles, including a three-year appointment to the Department of the Treasury’s Taxpayer Advocacy Panel, where I was the Chair in my last year. I also held appointed positions on the AICPA’s National Commission on Diversity and Inclusion, Nominations Committee, and Awards Committee, helping shape the future of the profession.
Aside from work and volunteering, I enjoy traveling, live performances, Marvel movies, and binge-watching UK crime dramas. I’m an adrenaline lover who has skydived, ziplined, and rappelled down the side of a hotel in Downtown Miami dressed as Wonder Woman. Through everything, life has taught me many things, including not only to be alive but also to live life.
